The Call for Art is now CLOSED for visual, literary, store, and installation submissions! Artists, we thank you so much for your efforts. Your work is amazing, stimulating, and creative, and our jury can’t wait to start reviewing your pieces for display at SEAF 2016.
What Happens Next
Our SEAF jurors will start the difficult decision process. Jurors preview all submitted work online, then meet as a group to finalize votes on which works to be included this year. The number of pieces selected is completely dependent on available wall space, and varies from year to year. Jurors select pieces based on a number of criteria, including: quality of execution, emotional depth, originality, and the ability of the piece to evoke thought.
Juror results for visual, store, and installation submissions will be announced February 8th. Literary art results will be announced February 28th.
Performance art submissions are still open! Please submit your performance proposal to the Artist Portal no later than February 22nd for consideration.
