Announcing the Masters of Erotic Art

This year, we are proud to unveil our highest honor.

The Masters of Erotic Art program will showcase only those artists who have made the most meaningful contributions to the history and development of erotic art.

We are pleased to induct five founding members into this prestigious showcase.

Join us at this year’s Festival as we unveil work from the first five Masters of Erotic Art.

Our first five Masters are Barbara Nitke, Betty Dodson, Charles Gatewood, David Steinberg and Michael Rosen.

Learn about these celebrated artists.

One piece from each artist will be part of our 10th anniversary event, showcased on specially painted black walls.

David Steinberg and Michael Rosen applied through the jury process and were accepted, so additional pieces by them will be featured in the juried exhibition.

All of the Masters have had work featured at the Festival before, with the exception of Betty Dodson.

These artists will have a piece of art in all future Festivals. Each year going forward, we will induct two additional Masters of Erotic Art.
