A letter from the director:
Dearest SEAF friends,
The SEAF leadership team has come to the sad conclusion that we must postpone the 18th annual Seattle Erotic Art Festival that was scheduled for April 24-26, 2020. Because of the fast changing situation, we are unable to announce a new date at this time.
It breaks my heart to have to write this letter postponing SEAF 2020. However, SEAF 2020 will still happen, we are just not yet able to say when. Things are changing too fast to make a stable plan. We want to support the health and safety of our staff, artists, and patrons by adhering to all city, state, and WHO guidelines. We will announce new dates, likely after the “all clear” is given for people to congregate.
The SEAF team is assessing all the different possibilities to reimagine our event so that we can still honor our amazing artists and patrons. Myself and the many other members of the committee are personally dedicated to making sure that SEAF still happens.
All purchased SEAF tickets will be automatically transferred to the new festival dates. As a ticket holder, you will receive news about new dates as soon as we are able.
The financial health of our small organization is dependent on ticket sales and we unfortunately cannot afford to offer refunds. In the event that you are sick and cannot attend, or are concerned about attending, or are otherwise engaged and cannot join us on the new SEAF dates, we are pleased to either:
Create a promo code equal to the price of your ticket you can use to purchase tickets to a future Pan Eros event
or
Convert the ticket amount to a charitable donation and provide a tax receipt. All donations to the Pan Eros Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
