Halloween weekend is officially here, and that means it’s time for our long-awaited night at Seduction! The planning team is putting the final touches on the Exhibition Hall, and we’re SO excited about the deliciously spooky night that awaits us all. Hauntingly erotic art, DJs that will make you shiver and shake with delight, spine-tingling treats at our Sensation City installations, a sexy costume contest, and more all await you. While you’re putting the finishing touches on your costume, we’d like to provide you with a few tips to make your night complete. Doors open at 8pm!
Tickets
Advance tickets will be available until our doors open at 8pm, and are currently priced at $40 (Hot Single) and $75 (Hot Couple). Ticket prices increase to $50 at the door. Purchase online before 8pm to save some cash— we’re happy to have you either way. Velvet VIP tickets for Seduction are sold out, but you can still access the Velvet Lounge (and support future events) by becoming an Art Activist.
Parking and Transportation
The Seattle Center provides plenty of parking options. We recommend the Mercer Street parking garage, which is conveniently located across from tonight’s venue, and features a skybridge to keep your costume fabulous and dry!
Make your night less stressful and potentially safer by utilizing Uber, Lyft, taxis or other ridesharing services. They drop off/pick up directly in front of the Exhibition Hall! We highly recommend this option if you’ll be partaking in our intoxicating cocktail, beer, and wine options.
Costume Contest
A reminder for those of you coming to Seduction in your costumed best—sign up for the Seduction costume contest! You/your group can win a number of super sexy prizes, including VIP tickets to the 2017 Seattle Erotic Art Festival. Categories include Best Individual Costume, Best Couple Costume, Best Group Costume, Best Shoes, and Best Incorporation of a Tuxedo. To participate, make sure you visit the sign-up desk located next to coat check by 10:45pm. The final round of judging will take place at 11:45pm on the VIP stage.
Volunteering
There are still a number of volunteering opportunities available, particularly in Security. Security is a great way to participate in the event, as your job is essentially people watching (while wearing a cool shirt that says “Obey Me”!). You don’t need brawn or previous experience, but must have a keen eye and voice. Work for a few hours, then enjoy the rest of the evening however you see fit for FREE!
