The web team is working hard on the artist portal for the #SEAF2017 Call For Art. Three brave souls have been working on upgrading and revamping our artist portal for the last two months in all the spare time they have. Unforeseen problems have arisen and it looks like the portal will not be ready at noon today, as expected.For any amount of time after noon that the website is not able to accept registrations of fee payments, we will extend the early bird discount that same amount of time.
