This June’s Salon of SEAF features the “beyond life drawing” offering of Rm. 1618 of festivals past, the Rope Art Salon. Rope art Salon is the brainchild of local artist, Nell and we are very lucky to have her and her bondage enthusiast co-horts spend an artistic evening with us. They have a bunch of new ideas inspired by SEAF2018.
Life Drawing Meets Bondage
Rope Art Salon is an opportunity to practice your drawing skills with models in various states of bondage. We provide the model, the rope, and the bondage — you show up with a desire to draw and your art supplies! Following the traditional drawing session format, we will move from quick, warm-up sketches into 15-minute long poses, with different positions and ties for each pose.
This is a unique opportunity to draw the human figure in restrained poses and beautiful bondage that are often otherwise difficult to obtain.
Join other lovers-of-SEAF (and those who are just curious) for conversations and antics as we enjoy an evening of bondage and art making.
All sexes, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, relationship orientations welcome and celebrated.
A note about our Life Drawing sessions
We will have a limited amount of paper and pencils available for your use.
Other materials are welcome, but please be kind to our housekeeping crew.
No photography. Our models have not agreed to be photographed, and Gallery Erato has no tolerance for consent violations.
