Hello artists and art lovers! Are you getting excited for this weekend? We sure are! Every year at the Seattle Erotic Art Festival, we do our best to make sure that there is always something to see, to experience, to fill you with sexy delight. This year is no exception, and helping us make that possible is a host of fabulous aerial and bondage performers.
Bishop
Bishop (he/him) is a Denver-based rope top and amateur photographer. He began his life-changing journey in 2014 with western style before transitioning to Japanese (Shibari or Kinbaku) in 2016. The art of rope appeals to him on multiple levels: the intimacy speaks to his primary love language of touch, the mechanics stimulate his analytical mind, and the human connection feeds his heart. Bishop found the Seattle rope community, and Pan Eros Foundation, while living in Seattle in 2019. He considers it a great honor and privilege to perform at SEAF.
BlueEyedFawn
BlueEyedFawn (she/her) is a Seattle-based rope switch, whip bottom, and erotic model. She began her journey into rope bondage with Bishop in 2019 and has been in love with the art form ever since. BlueEyedFawn enjoys the feeling of compression in rope, the release of control found in bondage, and the unique challenge of suspension. She currently studies Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and plans to someday serve people as a sex and relationship therapist.
Kkinkylips
Kkinkylips has been both bottoming and topping for many years and has taken those skills and has embraced self-suspension as a form of self-expression and creativity. They enjoy dynamic ties that challenge them in new ways that help them become more deeply connected with themselves and their body. While their preferred rope scene is out in nature, they also enjoy the thrill of tying for an audience where the energy is felt throughout the room.
Leila Rose
Leila Rose (she/her) is a Virginia-based rope bottom who enjoys the submissive side of D[ominant]/s[ubmissive] dynamic. She began her journey into rope in the heart of the pandemic through self-tying and personal discovery on social media platforms. She quickly found her passion for the experience of rope bondage through her relationship with Bishop. Like many others, Leila longs for the soothing grip of rope – which, for her, is a perfect distraction from the anxiety of living in a crazy world. Leila cherishes the community she has found through her relationship with Bishop and friendships she has developed along her rope journey.
BlkStar & Holly Crew
BlkStar has been doing Shibari since 2016. She enjoys being a sadomasochist and rope as a art form. Primarily as a Rope Top, she enjoys the out of body euphoria of stringing people up and playing with them. She runs Hitchin Bitches Seattle. Holly has been doing Shibari since 2016. She enjoys working on rope related artistic projects, being challenged physically and emotionally in rope, and the depth that rope can bring to a relationship when used as a conduit for energy exchange.
Holly and BlkStar have been dedicated rope partners since 2017 and enjoy the journey of continual learning together that rope provides. This will be their fourth time performing as a tying pair with SEAF and they are honored for the opportunity.
Kkinkylips and Jupiter
Kkinkylips and Jupiter have connected deeply through their love of Shibari over the last few years. Their shared appreciation for art and sensuality has allowed them to create and explore stunning ties with deep, emotional, connection. Their performance is sure to provoke these feelings of connection and sensuality while playing on themes of beloved characters from their queer upbringings.
J & Robin
J is a queer switch who has been tying for a few years now. They love that rope is just as versatile as they are. A little over a year ago, Robin found herself tangled in J’s ropes as a brand new rope bottom. Though she is new to rope, Robin brings with her a background in pole and dance, and a voracious appetite for unique experiences. These kinksters love to mix the silly and the sexy to create memorable moments. They can’t wait to share this one!
Provocations and Alice Sky
Alice Sky is a Seattle-based rope bottom and model who has been doing rope for five years. She loves rope bondage for its combination of connection, athleticism, intensity and aesthetics. She has performed at the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival and teaches with Full Circle Kink.
Provocations is a rigger, sadist, and reluctant rope photographer. He enjoys rope that is inventive and challenging for both top and bottom. He teaches with Full Circle Kink, is a member of Suspended Animation, and is the champion of Cutthroat Dungeon 2019.
Provocations and Alice Sky have developed a tying style that varies from playful to smoldering. This performance will showcase their love of dynamic movement in rope, inventive shapes, sexy suffering, and butts.
Topologist
Topologist has been teaching and performing rope bondage throughout North America for more than a decade. Known for his innovative ties and safety advocacy, he is the creator of Crash Restraint, one of the most comprehensive free online guides for learning to tie.
Knot_the_bees_knees
Knot_the_bees_knees has been active in the world of shibari for almost three years. They love getting tied (especially outdoors) and has been exploring both self tying and tying their friends and enjoying every second of it. This is their first SEAF performance.
Knottydevil
Knottydevil has been practicing shibari for four years. He has been privileged enough to learn different styles from a variety of teachers. He loves to mix styles and flow between poses. Between doing performances and private sessions he has been actively continuing his rope education every chance he gets.
Shay & Angel
Shay Tiziano is a dynamic bondage performer known for their unique, intense rigs. She is a kink educator and author of Tying & Flying (the first-ever book about self-suspension) and Creating Captivating Classes. Based in San Francisco, she is the producer of acclaimed aerial & bondage performance event Twisted Windows. Angel is primarily a self-suspender, and enjoys acrobatic, inventive, genre-pushing rope.
Mx Bliss
Mx Bliss (she/they) is a joyful sadomasochist, sensation empath, consent enthusiast, rope switch, self suspender, and lifestyle quinkster (queer kinkster). Bliss is having the time of their life with rope and is eager to share the joy. She co-facilitates AlternaRope, a celebration of diversity in rope. Both in vanilla and kink worlds, MxBliss frequently discusses negotiation, innovation, and diversity/equity/inclusion.
Cerulean
Cerulean is a non-binary rope artist with flair, a penchant for self suspension, and a passion for performing.
